How to reach the directory team
New Dawn Media Services publishes the NGOs Eastern Africa Directory from our office in Nairobi, and we answer enquiries directly rather than routing them through a call centre. That means the person who replies usually knows the listings, the country sections and the print run.
Most people contact us for one of four reasons. Ordering the printed or electronic directory for their country or sector. Listing an organisation or taking advertising space. Asking about training, partnership facilitation or fundraising support. Or asking for help finding specific organisations, for example a partner delivering water projects in a particular district.
