How we support organisations and businesses
New Dawn Media Services has published the NGOs Eastern Africa Directory since 2005, and the services below grew out of what readers kept asking us for. NGOs wanted to be visible to the people who fund and partner with them. Businesses wanted to find credible community partners without spending months on research. Donors and foundations wanted verified contacts rather than informal referrals.
Each service page explains who it is for, what happens at each stage and what you receive. If you are unsure where to start, the listing and profile services are the usual entry point for organisations, while CSR programme design and partnership facilitation are the usual entry point for companies.

Which organisations and businesses do you work with?
We work with NGOs, community-based organisations, foundations, cooperatives and social enterprises on the nonprofit side, and with companies, suppliers, professional firms and donor-funded programmes on the commercial side.
Do you work across all the countries you cover?
Yes. Our services cover Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Somalia, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with in-person work at our Nairobi office and remote delivery elsewhere.
